We live in a hurry. We breathe automatically. We think more than we feel. And in that frenetic rhythm, our body screams what we don’t dare to listen to.

This retreat was born from years of clinical experience listening to and accompanying my patients as a physiotherapist and osteopath, and from a personal path of exploration in meditation, conscious breathing, spirituality, and presence.

I want to share with you a different, profound, and transformative day.
